Lets Look At The Ingredients we need to make veg Momos.

● 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)

● 1/4 tsp salt• Water (as needed to knead)

● 1 tsp oil (optional)


• 1 cup finely chopped cabbage

• 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots

• 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

• 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 inch ginger, minced

• 1 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp vinegar

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• Salt to taste

• 1 tsp oil


• Mix flour and salt in a bowl.

• Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough.

• Cover and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.


• Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger; let it heat for a few seconds.

• Add all chopped veggies and stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

• Add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Let it cool.

• Roll small dough balls into thin circles.

• Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold and pleat to seal the edges.


• Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.

• Brush or spray the momos lightly with oil.

• Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

• Air fry at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and slightly crisp, flipping halfway.

You Momos are Ready To eat! Enjoy them with Green chili Sauce or ketchup.
